FANTASTIC! What Trey Gowdy Said To These Veterans Proves He is First-Class

Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) is a tough-talking former prosecutor and conservative superstar who is famous for slamming corrupt Obama bureaucrats and investigating the terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya which killed four Americans.
It is clear that Gowdy loves America and is a true patriot. But as reported first in the Greenville Online, Gowdy gave a few brief words to a group of veterans in his district that touched everyone in the room. Here are his heartwarming comments:
A large crowd of veterans accompanied by area residents and state and federal lawmakers were on hand Friday in Fountain Inn to recognize a portion of Interstate 385 as the Veterans Corridor of Honor.
Signs were unveiled honoring U.S. veterans who have served in all wars in the 20th and 21st century.
The 12-mile stretch runs through portions of Greenville and Laurens counties and the signs are displayed along northbound and southbound lanes at mile markers 22, 24, 26, 28, 30 and 32.
“You can never have enough honor for people who are willing to put on a uniform and serve and sacrifice and fight for your values and, in some instances, even fight for people who will later protest and criticize you,” U.S. Rep. Trey Gowdy told the crowd in the packed the parking lot of the Railhouse Restaurant. “That is a unique characteristic to find in a human being.”[...]
“The signs are wonderful and I give credit to everybody involved,” Gowdy said. “But the best gift we can give back to you in return for your honor and sacrifice is to keep the country you gave us, make her better, and never let you spend a moment wondering whether your service and sacrifice was worth it.”
Gowdy couldn’t be more correct! So many brave men and women have fought and sacrificed for America… with many paying the ultimate price. It is up to each of us to stand up proudly for the country they risked so much to defend.
With President Obama cutting the pay of our military and disrespecting our troops at every opportunity, it is nice to see Gowdy is standing 100% behind our troops. Please share so more people see his important words.
