on Breitbart TV 14 Jun 2014

On Saturday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Up w/Steve Kornaki,” former Republican National Committee chairman Michael Steele said there was push for outgoing-Majority Leader Rep. Eric Cantor (R-VA) to head the Republican National Committee after he leaves office in January.

Steele pointed to the build-up of the 2016 presidential election cycle as a reason for the push behind Cantor.

“The ‘what’s next’ is always the big play in Washington – what do you do next,” Steele said. “And with the upcoming presidential election, there’s a lot of interest in Eric Cantor serving as national chairman of the RNC – Republican National Committee.”

“So, that will be interesting to see how that plays out,” he continued. “You know, that cycle is going to be so important across the board and Cantor's network and his ability to lead -- in fact, I think he'd be interesting because he started dialogues on poverty and some other issues that were sort of outside of what Republicans traditionally have talked about. So, he could bring a very interesting voice into that space.”

From one loser to another.

Quite fitting.

Eric Cantor is only qualified when it comes to losing races that he shouldn't. This is really bad PR for the GOP, that they even consider somebody this clueless for the head of the party.

Michael Steele is really a Democrat, I think.

Just more proof that...

The sole purpose of the Republican Party is to serve as an ineffective alternative to the Democrat Party.

Well, they all know each other, they all watch each other's back and they all take care of each other when they repeatedly fail.  Rats and GOP alike...

This shows why politicians and diapers should be changed often and for the same reason...

I'd like to know who's doing the pushing.  Seriously,  I want to know.
