When it comes to America’s favorite first ladies, Hillary Clinton comes in with the most-admired status at 27 percent of the vote — tied for first with Barbara Bush.The poll from NBC News/Wall Street Journal measured first ladies’ favor among people over the past 25 years. Coming in third: Michelle Obama, with 24 percent of the vote, CNN reported.Laura Bush, meanwhile, stands in fourth place, with 17 percent.But look beyond the numbers, and huge difference arise among races and political parties.For example, 42 percent of Democrats like Mrs. Obama the best, followed closely — just 3 percentage points — by Mrs. Clinton.
They obviously didn't poll any ex-Secret Service members. I think they'll have a hard time finding anyone to take a bullet for her in 2016.
The poll, conducted April 23-27, involved 1,000 adults around the nation who were polled by telephone.
