I've kicked some serious Drug Habits in my Life.  The last 4 left, though, are kicking my azz.

Winstons, Booze, Pot and Women, not necessarily in that order.
Maybe there's Hope for me after all.

What the heck can you watch then; cable, online?? (Serious question.)  CNN is so obviously anti-Trump and Fox News compensates imho by being too pro-Trump.  It's all so frustrating!!! In print I like the WSJ myself and the National Review mag is a mainstay....

I stream OANN, and others as need arises.  I streamed NASA watching the Crew Dragon coverage, and CSPAN for the Convention (I think OANN also streamed it).  FNC (I stream that too) is not "blindly pro-Trump," but it is a place where you can see news about him that isn't mindlessly slamming him.  They have leftists panelists and guests on all the time, while CNN and MSNBC never have views from the right.  None of the broadcast nets have been worth watching for over 30 years.

Oh, Newsmax has cable AND streaming.  There are other places to get snooze.  Did you know the NRA has a streaming channel?  They do.  You have to know where to look.

I keep Fox on all day..usually on mute until The Five starts...I listen to Rush and some of Hannity's radio show until I can't stand it any longer as he gets on my nerves.

Live events I now watch on OAN so I don't have to listen to all the talking heads.

I also read and post articles here almost all day long.

Hannity has an annoying habit of interrupting and of repetitive soap boxing, until I finally gave up. I switched to Larry O’Connor. Intelligent extended discussions. Also check out his occasional fill in host, Stacy Washington, a fantastic black conservative woman.

Almost forgot. He’s on WMAL.

I've been tuning out Hannity for many years now.  If there's one thing I can't stand in a Host is incompetent interviewing.  He had no concept of "follow-up question" because he doesn't listen to the answers he gets.  By that time, I've been watching news for hours anyway so I'm off to watch some fiction (Been watching "House."  I'm amazed he hasn't killed more patients!) or maybe OANN if there's something going on.  They have good commentary in the evenings.

Wish Leo Terrell was on the list.

He has been an AM radio regular for years here in the So-Cal.

To see him come over, has been amazing.

If I ever needed a great "civil rights attorney" as he called himself, he would be near the top of my list.

The convention was a nice, tightly made affair but it was solely meant for the already converted in my view. (Pardon if this was mentioned before; this thread is a long one.)  What about the folks that don't know their elbow from their hands that need to know the minutia more than just the blunt instrument of broad statements about saving the country from marauders and mayhem?

Well,to state the obvious, anyone that clueless shouldn't be allowed to vote.

However, you are talking about the low-information/low IQ voters that want/need a dog and pony show with fireworks to get worked up enough to vote for a candidate.

See much fireworks or anything else to get excited about during the Dim convention? ESPECIALLY if you are not black?

Your point?

Many may vote for Biden simply because they don't like the president's bluster, pomposity and self aggrandizement (as they see him).

Naracisiscts who are so self-centered that style is more important to them than substance? People who put selfish self-interest ahead of the survival of the nation as a free country?

Yeah, the opinion of THESE "special cupcakes" is a matter of prime importance.

To THEM.

These folks may be needed in November.

For what? To dilute the message and weaken the nation?

I see a "Promises Kept" page on Mr. Trump's campaign website, but there is nothing forward looking. I really think that he needs to go beyond his base and not try to scare people into voting for him.
Take a look at the Dim proposals. Seems to me they are doing Trump's promoting for him. Unless,of course you are a communist or some other sort of self-centered parasite that wants everyone else held back so YOU don't look like such a collossal loser by comparison.

Many just won't take the bait.

WHAT "bait"? Trump has been pretty damn clear about his goals since the first day of his first campaign.

Granted the media doesn't help as it's completely one sided (both to the left and right).

Many of us here share that view, but still support him in his re-election.

@mystery-ak

That's putting it mildly. I dislike him personally to the point I wouldn't let him come into my house to get out of the rain,BUT I will crawl through broken glass to get to the polling machines to vote for him.

It ain't about what *I* like personally. It is about the survival of America as a free and independent nation and people.

You can kick them all if you are determined, with the exception of women. There is no place you can move so remote they can't track you down to make your life miserable again if they even SUSPECT you might be happy without them.

I’d love to have a beer with him, just me and him. You don’t think it’d be fascinating to have a conversation with him? He’s the most famous man on earth, been talked about for decades before becoming president.

I think I'd like to knock a few back with Don Jr.  He's fun, too and has Kimberly.  Yes, Melania's beautiful, but Kimmy is wild-hot.

@aligncare

I care nothing about fame, and would rather have a conversation with someone I have something in common with.

Yeah,I would talk and visit with him if asked, but more out of curiosity than anything else.

Even though he doesn't drink, I'd love to slip him a Gummy and then talk about the Left and the Media.

Or, I could just sit there and watch him breathe for a half hour.    :patriot:
