What bothers you Always Haters is that his supporters do not give a shit what you and your other know it alls have to say on the subject.

Of course.  And neither did Hildabeast's throngs of morons or Obama's adoring worshippers give a shit what anyone had to say about their political messiahs either.  They were gods, and untouchable.

I just find the dichotomy fascinating among a people who used to make fun of that kind of devotion and wagon-circling as they engage in it themselves.

We find your beloved intelligence community corrupt.

Not my intelligence community.  Which I am of the opinion are corrupted beyond redemption and simply need to be nuked from orbit and done away with altogether.

We find your DC stooges nothing but a bunch of dickless losers. We find your whole paradigm a fraud and a scam.

They are of course dickless - as most unprincipled, corrupt and evil Central Planning Socialist/Communist/Statists are.  They have made the entirety of federal government a fraud and scam.

That does not excuse or exonerate the imbecilic statements Trump made on foreign soil.

You people used to get pissed off about that when the Clintons and Obama did it.

Now... it's A-okay apparently, as long as Trump is the one doing it.
Fart for freedom, fart for liberty and fart proudly.  - Benjamin Franklin

...Obsta principiis—Nip the shoots of arbitrary power in the bud, is the only maxim which can ever preserve the liberties of any people. The one thing though is that many of the normally supportive pundits I mentioned didn't 'fall in line', they were leading the pack, writing headlines and tweeting while the press conference was going on. They didn't wait to see what was popular, their reaction was live and real time.

Of course - they think they should drive the reaction, not report on it.

My guess - he’s going to tell us how much he supports the intel community, believes Russia involved themselves in the political process, and we didn’t actually hear what we heard yesterday.

I guessed that would be your guess. :thud:

You may be overlooking the ‘normally supportive’ portion.  When someone like Brett Baier calls it ‘surreal’ upon conclusion, he’s wondering aloud what he just saw - not driving a message.
I disagree.  Circle gets the square.

It did seem a bit surreal.  We'll have to see how it shakes out.

Trump's pissed.  I guess it will be time for more tariffs.

Or at least the threat of them.

It already has been by the usual brigades of Trump sycophants that insist that Trump is playing 12th dimensional underwater chess that we mere mortals simply cannot comprehend.

Because as Frank says "Trump is God!"

All the criticism is just media-driven 'groupthink'.

Even though some of these supporters of Trump critical of what he said are writing their own essays and op-eds.

I guess it's feeding frenzy time as we get to watch the True Believers do to Laura Ingraham, Newt Gingrich, Brian Kilmeade, Matt Drudge, Brit Hume, Mark Corallo, Byron York, Michael Goodwin, Eli Lake, Doug Schoen, Tom Cotton and James Lankford what they have done to the rest of us Conservatives who dared to criticize their prince.

But we will see if the Republicans will circle the wagons around Trump like the Left does to protect their morons from scrutiny and criticism.

Yeah, I'd read that drivel from TOS back even before the primary.  Now it's just back with greater emphasis.

Until such time as Trump disses Putin bigly - and then we will hear them chant 'evil empire!', 'evil empire!'

Where is all this so called protection from scrutiny? The man is being investigate by a deep state hack. All of the MSM is openly hostile to him. What bothers you Always Haters is that his supporters do not give a shit what you and your other know it alls have to say on the subject. We find your beloved intelligence community corrupt.    I can't speak for the all of the 'Always Haters' here @Frank Cannon, but I think what bothers some of us the most is how much you 'Always Lovers' are willing to overlook to justify the Bitch you brought to the dance.

What if it isn't your critics who are telling you that you are wrong, but all your fiercest supporters as well?

Put aside what all of President Trump’s critics are saying — of course they will go to DEFCON 1 after Trump’s comments at his joint press conference with Vladimir Putin. But when Laura Ingraham, Newt Gingrich, Brian Kilmeade, Matt Drudge, Brit Hume, Mark Corallo, Byron York, the NY Post editorial board, Michael Goodwin, Eli Lake, Doug Schoen, and Senators Tom Cotton and James Lankford think the president botched it... you can't plausibly argue that the criticism is the usual anti-Trump hysteria.

Mmmm, er, well, yes I can.  I watched the conference; I read the remarks.  Trump did not challenge Putin to a fist fight or even a basketball game.  He was courteous and complimentary.  But I'm sure Putin was made well aware that although Trump may have spoken softly, he does carry quite a bit stick.

Look, this is the big chance they've been waiting for.  There is nothing, zip, zero, nada that Trump could have said or done at the conference that they were not sitting on the telephone lines like vultures waiting to pounce on.

When this blows over, I hope they will tamp it down a little bit.  But I know they won't.

It's not ALL Binary, there were other, more rational choices between stepping on your dick and beating the crap out of Putin.

Name one other President of the USA....or any leader of a major country, who would insult/threaten another major country's leader while he/she is standing next to him.

We'll wait.

OK, @DCPatriot I'll put the pipe down and think harder.

That was my point, I didn't expect Trump to start any $hit with Putin (the holder of his Loan portfolio) in Helsinki.  I also was hoping the spectacle we just witnessed didn't happen, precious political capital being expended this close to the Midterms on all this $hit.

Is it any clearer or do I need to pick the pipe back up again?

Weren't we told by all the slack asses that Trump was so unpredictable that he would have us in multiple wars by now? Looks to me he is the only President since Reagan to be serious about forging peace in the world.
