U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is thriving in his role as a member of President Donald Trump’s cabinet, as he seeks to help Make America Healthy Again.
On that note, RFJ Jr. announced the launch of a new YouTube cooking show, “The Real Food Show,” which premiered on Thursday.
In the first episode, Kennedy is joined by Chef Andrew Gruel as they prepare crispy wild Alaskan salmon cakes with an apple, white bean, and arugula salad at $4.91 per serving. Gruel is a Fox News contributor and city councilman for Huntington Beach, California, where he owns and operates Calico Fish House.
“Thanks to President Trump, we flipped the food pyramid and put real food back at the center of the American plate,” he wrote, while sharing a promo on X. “Now I’m traveling across America, connecting with renowned chefs to show families how to cook delicious, nutritious meals made with real ingredients at affordable prices. Let’s get cooking!”

“Fast food is not less expensive. That meal costs $12 to $14. People can eat a lot cheaper at home and a lot better food. But many Americans have forgotten how to cook. It’s becoming a lost art,” he said.
