No.  They got a second chance in the 1986/1987 Immigration Reform Act when 11 million illegal alien foreigners were given amnesty in exchange for enhanced border security and immigration enforcement.

They already had their second chance.

Either we have a nation, or we don't.

Either we have the rule of the law, or we don't.

Either Congress writes the laws, or our Constitutional Federal Republic is dead.

Either the Federal Supremacy Clause is still relevant, or we are back to the days of the Articles of Confederation.

Maybe ICE and CBP need to setup checkpoints on state borders to treat each state as a port of entry.  We don't want Sanctaury States to be pipelines for illegal alien foreigners to transit non-Sanctuary States.
