REPORT: Trump Expected To Challenge Legitimacy Of Georgia’s Two Senators

A report circulating Monday afternoon claims President Donald Trump is preparing to make a major announcement concerning Georgia’s two Democratic senators.

The report, citing a “well-placed source in Georgia,” alleges Trump plans to declare Senators Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock “illegitimate because of fraud.” According to the post, the announcement could come as soon as Monday evening.

Neither President Trump nor the White House has publicly confirmed the report, and no official details have been released. As of publication, the reported announcement remains unverified.

If such an announcement is made, it would come against the backdrop of the Trump administration’s renewed focus on investigating Georgia’s 2020 election. Federal authorities have reopened inquiries into allegations involving ballot handling, election administration and other claims tied to the election, while administration officials have argued additional review is warranted where credible evidence exists.

Tonight @realDonaldTrump will address the nation.  Reports are that the President will declassify and publish documents and records about the 2020 election, disclosing to the world serious and very significant FACTS that the legacy media, the Biden Regime, and the vast leftwing network of anti-American pro-corrupt elections cabal have spent the last 5 years lying about. 

And not only lying, but punishing, ridiculing, attacking, silencing anyone who has DARED to ask questions.

What’s utterly beyond me is this:

Why would anyone actively seek to keep this information from becoming public?

Why would anyone NOT want the country to know and understand threats to our elections?

After all, it was former DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson in the waning weeks of the Obama presidency who added “elections” to the list of America’s critical infrastructure. 

Elections ARE critical infrastructure under the law. 

Any threats to or vulnerabilities in our elections - the entire system - are deemed a threat to the security of our country. 

If there are such threats, it is the duty of the President to take steps to mitigate the threats. 

But since Monday, here’s what we’ve seen and heard from @marceelias: the leader of the pro corrupt elections movement:

In anticipation of the speech, Elias started 4 days ago calling on his pals in the leftwing media to argue against the facts @realDonaldTrump is to present.  Without, of course, knowing what those are.  Elias wrote, “…on Thursday night….he will use this time to once again lie about elections.” 

Seriously?   @marceelias can’t bother to wait and actually see and hear the speech?   Review the documents?   The screed he published on Monday called on the media to argue against whatever @realDonaldTrump may say tonight.

And here is the most demented comment of all: 

“Sadly, right now, too few people in positions of power are willing to loudly criticize Trump for his lies. Even worse, the once-proud legacy media has proven itself too timid to speak clearly about Trump and his lies”

I had actually not noticed a reticence on the part of the leftwing media to attack Pres Trump and his agenda, his Administration, his supporters, his policies. 

What is most disturbing about the steady Elias drumbeat this week is that it is so devoid of reason as to disclose his hatred NOT just of @realDonaldTrump but of anything approaching honesty and integrity in elections. 

Is he worried that somehow there are disclosures that will reveal his role in the attacks on our elections?

It is hard to fathom the extremes that @marceelias has gone to in the past several years to destroy America’s elections, starting with lawsuits challenging election laws in state after state as early as 2019 - well before COVID.   

Elias has devoted himself to corrupt elections - arguing for dirty voter rolls, for removing all safeguards that would require basic proof of identity and eligibility to vote, allowing noncitizens and illegals to vote in our elections, creating as much chaos as possible in the elections with massive mail ballots that deprive voters of the protections and support when voting in person, turning Election Day into election three months, stealing votes of homeless and vulnerable people in group homes, homeless shelters,memory care units… and on and on. 

Every vestige of integrity in the system must according to Elias, be eliminated.   All under the guise of “convenience”.   

It is a lie.   

What Elias and his corrupt elections cronies want is to control the outcomes by controlling the process.  So they can gain and keep power.

@realDonaldTrump is right when he says without free and fair elections we will lose our country.

Why would @marceelias want to hide the truth about China or any foreign adversary’s efforts to influence our elections?   Why does he want to cover that up?

2026 Investigation into the Fulton County 2020 Election found that Fulton County destroyed 374,128 ballot images for nearly all in-person voting, and selectively and willfully destroyed 132,280 electronic absentee ballot image authentication files, or "SHA" files, for the 2020 Election, which are able to prove that ballots were tampered with, altered, or replaced.

These are HUGE violations of both state and federal violations. Nearly HALF of the ballot images for the 5 MILLION ballots cast across the state of Georgia for the 2020 Election were destroyed. Election data must be saved up to 22 months. If you wanted to cover up election fraud, this is how you would do it.

Simply put, ballot images, not the paper ballot, is used to count the vote, and without the ballot images, no votes could be counted, audits can NOT be conducted or could be accurate, votes can't be authenticated, and elections could not be certified. Fulton County admitted that they "failed to preserve the majority of ballot images," in the Curling v. Raffensperger case.

The Secretary of State's General Counsel, Charlene McGowan, has gone to extraordinary lengths to conceal the unlawful actions of country and state, to even include giving false statements of fact and law under oath, saying that Georgia Law did NOT require ballot images to be preserved from the 2020 Election.

So every ballot has a "ballot image," which is what is counted for the vote and used to authenticate the vote. The "SHA" authentication files are like a "finger print" which is assigned to each ballot as it is scanned to VALIDATE the ballot image in the even of an audit or investigation to determine if a ballot image has been tampered with, altered, or replaced...

These files do not "disappear" by accident, and were manually wiped to prevent ANY authentication of ballots, along with the ballot images, covering up election fraud. They knew EXACTLY what they were doing. The 2020 Election was stolen.

Fulton County ordered over 1,000,000 EXTRA  ABSENTEE BALLOTS without STUBS or ENVELOPES for the 2020 Election and lied about it.

The total number of ballots ordered in addition to what was mailed to voters was 1,058,910. This should tell you everything you need to know.

Fulton County ordered 1,058,910 absentee ballots at the last minute, without envelopes, without stubs, and after they could have realistically been mailed. The "extra" ballots were not ordered for the reasons given, and what ballots from the order that remained
after the election were destroyed.

For reference, a total of 528,777 ballots were cast for
the 2020 General Election, and of those only approximately 148,000 were absentee. The majority of which were sent by Runbeck Election Services directly to the voter.

Because of the Absentee Fulfillment Program, there was simply no reason for Fulton County to purchase a large number of printed ballots.

Fulton County then tried to conceal the order and denied the existence of corresponding documents. In response to a narrowly targeted open records request, Fulton County returned, "No responsive records."

It wasn't until we provided Fulton County's accounting code for the invoice, funding line, and invoice number that Fulton County acquiesced and finally produced the records.

The number of additional absentee ballots ordered and received, 1,058,910, far exceeded the total number of Fulton County's registered voters, including both active and inactive.

According to the Election Assistance Commission, "EAC," Fulton County's total number of registered voters for 2020 was 836,563, or 113.8% of the Citizen Voting Age Population, "CVAP," 1,058,910 ballots is 126% of the total number of registered voters in Fulton County.

Fulton County was required to have 83,656 emergency ballots available, not over one million. Georgia's absentee, provisional, and emergency ballots are indistinguishable. The same ballot serves all three purposes, which is ripe for exploitation.

In other words, "emergency ballots" could be used nefariously and injected or cast as regular absentee ballots. Aside from the absurd number, we also know that the ballots at issue were not procured to meet the statutory requirement cited above because emergency ballots were required to be available when the polls opened for advance voting on October 12, 2020.

The ballot order was placed on October 16th. Also, the ballots were explicitly ordered with "no stubs," which emergency ballots are required to have stubs for tracking purposes and to prevent them from being used nefariously.

Gabriel Sterling also claimed that the ballots were ordered incase Logic & Accuracy testing, "L&A," of the
voting machines couldn't be completed before the election as required by Georgia law.

Sterling's excuse fails for a number of reasons, but the most damning is that the mandatory L&A testing was not performed before the polls opened on October 12, 2020 for advance voting as established in a preceding section, and the untested machines were used anyway.

The ballots were ordered on October 16, 2020, after the untested machines were already in use. Just as explained before, emergency ballots require stubs- regardless of the emergency. The conclusion points that these 1 MILLION extra ballots ordered were most likely used for nefarious reasons and injected into the count for Joe Biden to clear the margin of victory.

It is important to note that no other counties are known to have ordered an excessive number of
absentee ballots, and both of Gabriel Sterling's excuses would have affected the entire state.

Lastly, there's the massive number of ballots. Fulton County inexplicably ordered 1,058,910 absentee ballots, or enough to replace eighty percent of all absentee ballots cast for the 2020 General Election for the entire state of Georgia.

In yet another surreptitious act, only days after an article detailing the suspect ballot order was
published, Fulton County issued a public notice stating that they would be destroying the "excess" ballots imminently.

The notice states there are only 284,901 emergency ballots remaining, but Fulton County ordered a total of 1,058,210 emergency ballots.

In the notice, Fulton County claims the emergency ballots were ordered as a contingency plan and thus were never needed. If that were true, according to Fulton County's own numbers, 773,309 absentee ballots are unaccounted for.

Because a conflicting number of ballots were said to be destroyed, the physical ballots themselves can
no longer be consulted to determine the number remaining, and more importantly, the number missing.

Fulton County's efforts to conceal the suspect ballot order, the timing of the ballot order, the illogical, massive number of ballots ordered, the fact that ballots were ordered with no stubs, and the destruction of the ballots, raise very serious questions.

A massive number of absentee ballots were ordered for no justifiable reason and could have been, and likely were, used to manipulate the 2020 General Election.
