Plus....  I figure there are more security cameras per square mile there than almost anywhere else on earth.

The perp might not be as stealth as he/she thinks.

Well I know there is a camera on top of the Washington Monument..you can tell by all the pics of the reflecting pool

I guess it would easy enough to use a rigged up sprayer with Spike 80 down the pants with face covering in Winter to walk in and out poisoning the ground. If a Bama fan can do it, most anyone else could.
