15 hours later… now it’s 56% counted

The percentage of votes counted actually fell over a 15-hour period as newly reported mail ballots heavily favored Democrats, prompting President Trump to announce a federal investigation into the prolonged counting process.

If any foreign country conducted its elections like California, they would be accused of corruption and illegitimacy.

• Ballots are mailed to all registered voters, even if unrequested and regardless of current voter eligibility/proof of current address/life status.

• Ballots are accepted as long as they are mailed and postmarked by Election Day and received up to 7 days after the Election, or dropped off at an official county "drop box" at any time beginning four weeks before the Election until Election Day. 

• No proof of identity is required at polling places, but mailed ballots must be signed. Any signatures that are deemed not to match those on file may then be "cured" upon inspection by a County Clerk/Registrar of Voters (all of whom are Democrats in California).

• The process of tabulating ballots can take up to four weeks after the Election after which the totals must be certified.

Feds announce several election-fraud investigations in California while revealing ‘serious structural vulnerabilities’

Los Angeles’ top federal prosecutor announced his office is pursuing several election fraud investigations with the FBI as questions swirl over California’s sluggish vote count.

First Assistant U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli said Friday morning that he is working with the Department of Justice “to conduct a comprehensive audit of California’s voter rolls.”

It certainly appears that Democrats are trying to steal the races for California governor and Los Angeles mayor. Does saying that make me an election denier and conspiracy theorist? Guess what. I don’t care. It’s the truth.

On election night, Republican Steve Hilton was in the lead for governor. Now it’s Democrat Xavier Becerra.

    California Democratic gubernatorial candidate Xavier Becerra advanced to the state’s general election Friday night, according to an Associated Press race call.

    The AP called the race for Becerra at 7:50 p.m. EDT, sending the former U.S. health secretary and ex-California attorney general into the November contest to succeed term-limited Gov. Gavin Newsom.

    Becerra and Republican Steve Hilton appeared headed for a November showdown. AP vote totals showed Becerra with 26.7% of the vote and Hilton with 26.4%, while Democrat Tom Steyer finished third with 21.0%.

It's running full blast out in California right now.

And... even though attempts may at some point be made "after the fact" to expose it, nobody's going to stop it from achieving its ends.

This Constitution prescribes that only citizens may vote in all elections conducted within the United States. This includes elections for federal offices of The United States, elections for State offices in the Several States, and all municipal and local elections conducted within the borders of The United States.

Elections will be conducted only on Election Day as prescribed by this Constitution.

All ballots in all elections will be paper ballots cast by individual voters at their respective polling locations. Electronic means may be used to tabulate vote counts at the local level.

Provisional ballots of any kind are prohibited by this Constitution.

Ranked Choice Voting of any kind is prohibited by this Constitution.

On Election Day votes will be tabulated immediately after the polls close. Tabulation and counting of votes will proceed continuously until a final tally is reached.

There shall be a demand right of registered voters to witness the tabulation and counting of votes. Any attempt to deny such right will be deemed unconstitutional. This right shall not be modified by any Court of the United States. The Several States may however limit the total number of election observers as is practicable for reasons of safety.

An election shall not be considered to be won unless the winning candidate receives a majority of the votes cast. If no candidate receives a majority, a runoff election must be held within 35 days to determine the winner. This shall not apply to the elections for President and Vice President, which are to be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Electoral College, as enumerated in this Constitution.

The use of the United States Mail shall not be permitted for the collection of ballots, with the exception of absentee ballots.

There shall be no use of absentee ballots without the presentation of individual need, subject to strict scrutiny by the registrar of voters.

Absentee ballots must be received by the close of voting on Election Day. Any ballots received via mail after the polls close will be immediately destroyed and will not be entered into the voting tabulation.

All citizens of the United States will be required to produce identification before voting.

All citizens of the United States who desire to vote will be required to register at least six months in advance of election day, unless they have previously done so. All citizens requesting registration will be properly vetted by the registrar of voters.

No person will be registered to vote unless that person has attained his or her twenty-first birthday.

The Twenty-Sixth Amendment to this Constitution is repealed in its entirety.
