Returning from a casino trip, dozens of passengers slept as their tour bus sped down a California highway before dawn. Moments later, it slammed into a stopped semi-trailer with devastating force. Thirteen people lost their lives and dozens more were injured. Investigators uncovered fatigue, poor health, safety violations, and multiple failures that contributed to the crash. The tragedy remains one of California's deadliest road disasters.
