Here's hoping Planter wins.. If I was there.. that is who I would vote for.

That is the thinking which has gotten us where we are today.

Put another way, without obama.. we would not have Trump.  Would we be better off, on the whole,  if romney had won?

IMHO, YES! Vastly better off overall. And, for the record, I cannot stand Mitt Romney but do not believe him to be a Communist.
