The dems keep saying if the elections are rigged then prove it. So far the repubs have been unable to do so.
Again, ballot harvesting is legal in California. The State mails out ballots completely unsolicited en masse each election with hundreds showing up at single locations. Those ballots are collected and prepped to be turned in (also en masse) at a strategic time. And if these ballots show up at an election center, they cannot be turned away. They must be counted regardless of whether the votes are legitimate or even legal.
At the time this law was enacted, Orange County was home to seven GOP legislators. SEVEN! But at the next election, all seven lost their seats. And it wasn't because their vote totals decreased. On the contrary, they actually gained. But the Democrat candidates opposing them saw their vote totals increase substantially, all after election day, and all with harvested ballots.
There is nothing legally the Republicans can do to fight it. Their only hope is to show the absurdity of the law by doing the exact same thing, but at a level one magnitude higher. When Republicans turn in 80 million ballots in a California election whose population is only 40 million and wins every Congressional seat in the State, then and only then will the law be changed.
