Justice Department takes UCLA to court over 'hostile educational environment' for Jewish students
Pro-Palestinian radicalism that erupted after Hamas terror against Israel the focus of complaint

There's a "hostile educational environment" for Jewish and Israeli students at the University of California-Los Angeles, according to a lawsuit filed by the Department of Justice against the school.
The action in federal court in California charges UCLA is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act for acting with "deliberate indifference" toward anti-Semitic actions including harassment, assaults and more.
A report from the Washington Examiner said the illegal treatment developed "during and after the wave of pro-Palestinian campus protests" that appeared after an attack by the terrorists of Hamas on Israeli civilians Oct. 7, 2023.
