Oh, I agree. So long as she is conscious.

Does the 25th apply to Congresscritters? (Sadly, no) Article I Sec. 5 allows for expulsion, (20 in the house, 5 in the Senate, mostly during the War Between the States) but there is no mechanism to remove a severely incapacitated member.

Unless they are officially taking a dirtnap, that is.

No impeachment, no recall. Talk about a job on rails.
