We tend to not doing that once we have them in custody. Instead we keep them alive until we get a conviction...then we need to kill them!

It seems like it takes 10 years or more to put them to death, BUT since he didn't kill anyone, he'll likely get life....MAYBE.

Trials are set to have both sides prepare/present their evidence of guilt or innocence.

We don't need to deny this POS a speedy trial.

In fact, IMO, he should face a military tribunal, given the history of violence against this Administration/POTUS.

And his execution should be on YouTube.

As @Idiot says, he didn't actually kill anybody so he won't be executed.  I fear he'll get a Hinckley defense, get sent to the nuthouse, and be released in a couple years by a soft on crime Trump hating Judge.
