Storm chasers record incredible video from inside tornado
Extreme meteorologist Dr. Reed Timmer took his team of chasers into the heart of a tornado near Truman, Minnesota, on April 13, providing an incredible view from within.

“Our government teaches the whole people by its example. If the government becomes the lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for law; it invites every man to become a law unto himself; it invites anarchy.” Louis D. Brandeis

Pretty cool footage of an obvious F0.  Though neat, the dynamics and view of glorified dust devil isn't the same as a major tornado.

Thing about storm chasers.

I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.  Note:  Posts may also be allegorical in nature, and not literal.

I think the The Wizard of Oz footage was more devastating!  ;)
You don’t become cooler with age but you do care progressively less about being cool, which is the only true way to actually be cool.

Reed Trimmer attempted to launch a rocket full of scientific equipment yesterday into a tornado, this may be the same one.  The first attempt failed, not sure if he tried again.

That was no tornado.  I've driven through dust devils more powerful than that!

Hear ya...  Considering the cloudiness, and climatological criteria for a dust devil, you typically have those on clear sunny skies with thermal lifting.  What you are seeing is the weakest ass tornado I have ever seen,  F0-'s are 40-72 mph windspeed;.  F-5's OTOH, 265 -318 mph

An F-5 would have thrown that vehicle clear through that building.  I get F-0 winds every other week at my Castle.

That vehicle would have never moved in an F-5 as it's designed to survive it.  It lowers itself to the ground and spikes hydraulically are pushed into the ground.  It's called the dominator 3 I think it is.

Didn't there use to be a program called "Storm Chasers" and they would chase after tornadoes and film their experiences?

Those guys were nuts!
