IMO, will be a tough fight to actually follow through with expulsion.   Racism has no brains.

I recall William Jefferson, nine-term black Democrat Congressman from Louisiana, who was caught with wads of cash hidden in his freezer at his home was ultimately given a 13 year federal prison sentence for bribery.  He was not expelled and only stepped down when defeated in an election.
