Does an Executive Order from Biden or Obama suffice to make illegal aliens "subject to the jurisdiction thereof"?
Does a state issuing a drivers license to an illegal alien make them "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof"?
Does enrollment of an illegal alien child in a public school make him "subject to the jurisdiction thereof"?
"and subject to the jurisdiction thereof", on its own, is too vague and open to too many interpretations to be sufficient to nullify birth right citizenship for criminal illegal alien foreigners.
