126-Year-Old Voters Found Casting Ballots in California

A viral report is raising fresh concerns about election integrity after evidence surfaced showing that individuals in California listed as being over 126 years old were recorded as voting in the last presidential election.
The revelations, circulated on social media by independent journalist Nick Shirley’s mother, Brooke Shirley, have reignited calls for stricter voter verification measures, particularly voter ID requirements.
In a widely shared video, Brooke Shirley, known online as Brooker Tee Jones, pointed to voter records showing individuals born in 1900 still appearing as active voters who are apparently still casting ballots.
“How many people do you know that are over 126 years old?” she said.
“Well, according to the state of California, there are multiple people that are 126 years old who are still registered to vote, and they voted in the last presidential election.”
She cited an example from a list showing a birthdate of March 28, 1900, adding:
