Brandon, Thank you for draining the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to hide the disastrous results of the Green New Fraud from the American public.

Now, the SPR is half empty when America may need it most.

Too bad we didn't refill back in March of 2020 when oil approached zero.

Oil went negative, because futures contracts were coming due, and no one was buying. Refineries were full to capacity, and products were not moving. Trump offered temporary storage in the SPR with 10% to remain when withdrawn for storage fees, and that brought oil out of negative territory. I'm not sure that any oil actually went onto the SPR, but it was a brilliant business win/win solution.

Shortly thereafter, those of us in the drilling industry had a year off...without pay, of course, as prices restabilized.

Sorry, you had to go through that.  I sure don't miss it.  Managing in our industry when 90% of crap is beyond our control was maddening,

What don't kill you makes you stronger.
I have been in the industry long enough to know that there are no guarantees.
You go from six figures to zero with a phone call, and can go back again just as fast.
I made 4500 food deliveries during COVID, and we ate a lot of pizza and wings, but we survived.
