Tucker Carlson torches Trump's 'disgusting and evil' attack on Iran as MAGA base fractures

Conservative podcasting titan Tucker Carlson torched Donald Trump for his 'evil' attack on Iran as the president's MAGA base fractures over the Middle East war.

Carlson has levied a rare criticism against the president following the US military's joint attack with Israel on the Iranian regime on Saturday morning.

'Absolutely disgusting and evil,' Carlson said to journalist Jon Karl.

Last week, Carlson met with Trump in the Oval Office where he reportedly urged the president against striking Iran.

Trump launched his political career and re-entered office advocating against regime change wars in the Middle East. Carlson has for years praised Trump for showing restrain when it comes to waging war in the region.

Carlson is a major political ally of Vice President JD Vance and one of the biggest supporters of Trump in the media.

He campaigned for Trump in the election and spoke in support of him at multiple rallies, including the Republican National Convention in 2024.

Carlson’s break with Trump signals that the decision to plunge the US into a major war with Iran could carry legacy-altering consequences for the president.

Daily Mail thinks that crazy wacko Tucker is a MAGA icon.

It almost seems like Tucker is saying 'well I'm MAGA, and Trump is MAGA with millions of MAGA followers, so if I can defend a Nazi that means people will think the rest of MAGA defends Nazis'.

And the other thing is if Tucker is CIA, then we need to dig into the CIA and eliminate his handlers.

Chinese "professor" Jiang says that the United States should willingly forfeit its role as the #1 global superpower to China and Russia, to which Tucker Carlson agrees and then blames Israel for preventing that from happening.

Professor Jiang is advocating for a "new world order" in which the USA is no longer the single global "hegemon" and in which the U.S. dollar is no longer the "world reserve currency" - these are the exact words and phrases that he uses.
The preferability of this "new world order" is up for every individual to determine - Tucker seems to like Jiang's idea.
Personally, I'm not a fan! Functionally, if these things were to happen, it would be absolutely catastrophic for the United States of America and all of the Americans therein (of which I am one - so I admit a certain bias here!)

The problem with Sun Tzu thinking is that you can project artificial psyops strength all you want, but in the end it still means you're weak.

China isn't particularly impressive, the only advantage they have is that they can build mountain of cheap crap and overwhelm you, but man-to-man, pound-for-pound they can't go toe-to-toe with you.
