The US prosecutes Americans who molest children on foreign soil. The UK can as well. They just don't want to.

Maybe this is one of those "Al Capone Tax Evasion" arrests? Maybe easier to charge him for "sharing" and then they can go from there?

I saw a picture of him on the news. Although I'm not sympathetic...he looks like h$ll. Talk about somebody's world spinning out of control.
