1. First Choice Home Health probably does not have a lot of ob-gyn patients.

2. Chanda's position, despite her being an RN, seems to have been in sales.

3. First Choice Home Health probably did not want an employee who would alienate or even harm 1/3-2/3 of their patients and potential patients.
