Yeah, that's when you inhale and your nose hairs freeze--not a 'feels like' but an is (and the snow gets all squeechy, too).
A balaclava will stop your nose hairs from freezing, but will freeze to your face... Which is why the arctic parka... Cinch it down to build a cave for your face and the balaclava will thaw out.
'Squeechy' is a northern term. I know you been there and done that, and got the thermal undershirt.
