President Donald Trump unleashed a late-night barrage Sunday against Rep. Ilhan Omar, declaring that the Minnesota Democrat should be jailed or sent back to Somalia as he tied her to massive fraud allegations and ongoing unrest tied to immigration enforcement.

“There is 19 Billion Dollars in Minnesota Somalia Fraud. Fake ‘Congresswoman’ Illhan Omar, a constant complainer who hates the USA, knows everything there is to know. She should be in jail, or even a worse punishment, sent back to Somalia, considered one of the absolutely worst countries in the World. She could help to MAKE SOMALIA GREAT AGAIN!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

Seems to me the easiest approach is to get the GOP-led House to remove her from being seated.

Then she will not be a sitting Congressman and easier to treat as an ordinary citizen during removal/criminal proceedings.

e.g. - congressmen cannot be arrested for civil suits.

If anyone is even held responsible I'd be amazed.  I vote for skipping the jail sentence of Omar and just deport her butt. First Congress needs to see  that she loses her seat.  Unfortunately though, they'd likely just vote in another Somalian.
