A majority of Americans say they disapprove of how Immigration and Customs Enforcement is "handling their job" in a poll conducted on the day ICE removal officer Jonathan Ross shot and killed Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis.

The YouGov poll, conducted on Jan. 7 and released the following day, showed that 40% of respondents "strongly disapproved" and 12% "somewhat disapprove" of how the agency is operating.

A separate poll from YouGov asking respondents to describe how they would describe "the tactics currently used by ICE" released Jan. 8 showed that 51% said they were "too forceful." The polls each surveyed 2,686 U.S. adults.

A YouGov poll taken in February 2025, just after President Donald Trump took office, showed ICE had a net favorability of 16 percentage points.

I would wager some of the funding for the ringleaders and others in the whole anti-ICE 'movement' originated with such fraud, being channeled through NGOs to anti-American 'advocacy' groups. Follow the money and whip out RICCO, and take the entire network down, including participating elected officials, bureaucrats, judges, and all.

This is a BIG part of the swamp that we want drained, maybe even the headwaters.

ICE needs to pursue the employers.

Congress needs to make Federal benefits available to American citizens only.

Congress needs to stop grants to states, and instead make states submit expense reports, audited in-advance by GAO, to receive 90% reimbursement for qualified expenses.  States need to have skin in the game for expenses they incur.

Blue States use Federal money as walking-around money, found money, and funds to backfill state funds misspent on nonsense.

Liberals will scream and convulse like a injured, rabid, cornered animals.  That's how you know what you are doing is working.

While I agree that is good in theory, the problem is that the Libs have a communications network set up as well as a "Mass Transportation" system in place to move people to where ICE isa making raids.

ICE is essentially engaging in fugitive apprehension, but their field teams are not staffed and equipped to the level of many state and Federal fugitive task forces and fugitive apprehension teams.

ICE agents teams in the field are not staffed nor equipped to the level needed to apprehend fugitives in hostile environs.

It's bad optics, incorrect tactics, and insufficient personnel and equipment that puts agents and civlians at risk.

ICE agent teams need to be better structured and equipped for apprehending persons in hostile urban and suburban environments.

The agitators deserve whatever comes their ways.

The agitator organizations need to be prosecuted for conspiracy to obstruct Federal law enforcement.

If ICE agents are going to confront criminal illegal aliens and agitators in vehicles, they need their teams to have the equipment and staff to block in vehicles prior to confronting drivers and passengers.  Perps and agitaors will attempt to run-over, ram, and flee.  ICE field agent teams need the support necessary to confront those situations with sufficient force to prevent injury or death.

Maybe ICE can bring in some personnel or retirees from the US Marshal's Service Fugitive Aprehension Unit to help ICE adjust their tactics to better fit their mission and theaters of operation.

Crushing them is boxing in the agitator's vehicle, puncturing all 4 tires, smashing in all the windows, opening all doors, pulling them out by their hair, pile driving them to the ground, cuffing them, call the paddy wagon, and tell them to have a nice day.  Service with a smile.

They'll remember that day as they pay to get their car out of impoundment, to repair their vehicles, to pay for lawyers, to pay court fines, and to possibly do jail time or to put on probation - which makes it much easier to lock em' at the next 'protest'.  I'd say loose work pay, but I suspect that many of them are unemployed and unemployable.

Liberal judges will let the 'peaceful protestors' walk out of court, so ICE needs to rain down pain and punishment down upon immediately, on site.

Water cannons with dye that permanent stain clothes.  Non-lethal air rifle pellets that smell like skunk, and contain aerosolized ipecac to make them barf.  Possibly deploy helicopters to pellet the crowed with rotor wash.  The best way to disperse a crowd is to make them physically uncomfortable as possible.  Convince their lizard brains to flee.
