We don't even know for sure if a Pastor in that church is working with ICE.  He has a common name, and there are a number of people in the Twin Cities by that name.

Seems to me an awful lot of people who just want to live the way they want to are going through a lot of effort to make sure that the rest are hounded, their worship violated, their movements hampered, even their shopping limited or stopped.
