It appears to me that the suspect kind of got drug into this mess when the 2 women came towards him.  Of course he made stupid choices, no one is disputing that.  Just going by the video, the shooting was basically an accident.  When the suspect's gun went off, by no fault of his own, he was shot 9 FRIGGEN TIMES.  You watch....the truth will come out and the administration had better get their stories straight.  I feel sorry for the ICE agent who shot an unarmed man.  I'm good friends with an ER Dr. who has a beard.

Others may agree or disagree, but what any of us thinks happened here is not necessarily fact. Investigators are reviewing body-camera videos from immigration agents in the fatal shooting of Alex Jeffrey Pretti, a Department of Homeland Security spokesperson confirmed to NBC News.

Homeland Security investigators have videos recorded by cameras worn by multiple agents, department spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin said.

The agents involved in the Pretti shooting were part of the Border Patrol Tactical Unit, a specialized force, McLaughlin said. Two law enforcement officials told NBC News that unit has more body-worn cameras.

Pretti was shot and killed by a Border Patrol agent in Minneapolis on Saturday, the city's second fatal shooting by a federal officer this month amid the Trump administration's crackdown on immigration in Minnesota.

The encounter was recorded by eyewitnesses, and videos circulated widely on social media throughout the weekend. DHS has said an agent shot Pretti in self-defense after he violently resisted attempts to disarm him. But eyewitness videos taken from various angles appear to contradict elements of the department's account of events.

The existence of body-camera video could help clarify some of the basic facts of the shooting and potentially serve as evidence in legal proceedings related to the weekend violence.

Bovino got sent into a coordinated, well paid, very organized color revolution type operation, not just some random rioters, but an operation. Yes, it was a shi*show, especially with yet another 'protester' diving in to interfere with an arrest and getting killed. While that has been made to appear everything from justifiable to an execution depending on who is doing the talking, I'm awaiting the investigation. One thing is certain: had the deceased not interfered with a Federal Law Enforcement operation while armed, he'd likely still be alive.

I hope the fraud and that enabling network are being thoroughly investigated and that there is enough evidence to take down the fraud network (however high it goes), and the coordinators of the operation interfering with Federal Officers doing their duties--and that those people are rounded up, convicted, and their assets seized.

Sadly, unless the funding can be frozen/confiscated, the network torn down with the current evidence and intel, the Left will see this as a victory.

If it works this time, they will use it next time. Only worse.

I hope and pray they have enough evidence and the WILL to strip this operation to its bones and grind them, too.

I'm iffy on this.  I think Trump didn't handle the distribution of agents that well.  But, of course, the jackass communists who "protest" would still be at it.

To be honest, it's pretty easy to argue Trump call in NG and put down the protestors acting so bad.  Quickly, to the point, get it over with.

But, he had PLENTY justification for doing so in 2020.  Didn't do so at all.  Much less so many of those scum should've been shot, period, just like we used to do before 1970 and the hippies ultimately won.

I think if he had done anything serious instead of just typically mouthing off about it in 2020, we might actually not have all this crap now.

I spoke with President Trump today and appreciated the conversation. I expressed how much Minneapolis has benefited from our immigrant communities and was clear that my main ask is that Operation Metro Surge needs to end. The president agreed the present situation can’t continue.
