Journalist Nick Sortor said Thursday that federal authorities have arrested a man accused of stealing firearm from an FBI vehicle during violence in Minneapolis on Wednesday night.

Speaking to Laura Ingraham, Sortor said the suspect seen on video breaking into a federal vehicle and removing a weapon was not arrested at the scene. “He actually wasn’t arrested last night,” Sortor said. “The Minneapolis police didn’t bother chasing the vehicle that had just stolen a high-powered rifle out of an FBI car.”

Sortor said he has since confirmed that Raul Gutierrez, 33, was taken into custody after federal agents executed an arrest warrant. “What I can confirm now is that Raul Gutierrez, age 33, that you see in the video that I posted last night stealing a firearm from an FBI vehicle, has been arrested by the ATF and the DOJ,” he said. “They executed an arrest warrant today, and he’s a known member of the Latin Kings gang.”

FIRST ON FOX: The Department of Homeland Security says it arrested a man in Minneapolis Wednesday night who assaulted a federal immigration agent while carrying a gun and box of ammunition.

The incident occurred several hours after DHS says a separate agent was attacked by an illegal migrant from Venezuela with a shovel. The illegal migrant was shot in the leg, prompting riots to escalate in the city shortly after.

"Last night during a riot in Minneapolis, a U.S. citizen was arrested for assaulting officers while carrying a firearm," DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin told Fox News Digital.


"The individual showed up to the protest with a gun and a box of ammunition in a bag. The individual threatened violence against law enforcement officers while pointing at his bag.

No investigation needed.  Congress borrowed/printed money that we didn't have and handed that money out to the people who fund the Democrat Party.  And both Republicans and Democrats voted for it.  We are still operating under Pelosi's 2022 budget which pours out funding for all these fraudsters.

Again, balance the budget, and all this goes away.  And the Democrat Party goes broke.  Republicans are in control of the White House and both houses of Congress, yet they willingly choose to continue all of this fraudulent spending with money that they don't even have.

Last budget passed was in 1997.

Ever since then, no budget has ever been passed.

Instead, the House and Senate get together and simply agree to pass the spending level from the year before, and add on their own BS projects, i.e. Pork Spending, cutting hardly anything, and usually all done at the last minute.

This constitutes 'Continuing Resolutions' instead of a real budget to run the government.

It is why the spending level continues climbing.

A prominent anarchist blog is calling for a “disruptive” gathering at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent’s home in Portland, Oregon, on Friday night.

Masked protesters should arrive at the property at 6 p.m. and “TAKE THE FIGHT” to ICE, whether the gathering is “peaceful” or not, according to the Tuesday post from “Rose City Counter-Info,” which claims to identify the agent and a home address. The anonymous pro-Antifa website drew rebuke from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in July and October for efforts to “dox” ICE agents and telling Portlanders to illegally shine lasers at federal aircraft.

“It’s time to take the battle to the actual people responsible for kidnapping, disappearing, and shooting our neighbors,” reads the post. “Behind the masks, ICE agents have names and addresses, and some of them feel comfortable enough to live in the same city they terrorize on a daily basis.”

The blog also urges comrades to leave phones and cameras at home and refrain from filming each other to avoid creating evidence for police investigations.

In a paragraph addressing whether the demonstration will be peaceful, the blog says it should be “loud, disruptive, and joyous” and that “we will not be spending our energy trying to control the way others protest.”

“Instead, we will work together to keep each other safe from the real violent agitators: the Portland Police and DHS,” Rose City Counter-Info said.
