This is a good thing, IMO. Then he goes on to describe Biden and Obama.

Does any sane person believe that Biden was "The Leader of the World"?
Biden wasn't ever the leader of America.

And the only card Obama had to play was the, 'I am a Black man' card and therefore no one is allowed to criticize me.
