We have Biden and his WH to thank for this fraud. Fraud began before he issued his EO but His March, 2024 Executive Order expanded federal payments to states for childcare and most notably
simplify subsidy eligibility and enrollment.

Ominously, the new EO gave waivers to states up to two years to comply with the conditions of federal payments.  Cannot find info on which states obtained these waivers.

But guess what?  We are still in that waiver period since the EO began so a state may still remain out of compliance

We need to completely shut down the federal subsidy of childcare and leave it to the states to enact legislation and take care of their own citizens.

The program has run amok so it needs to die.

This has nothing to do with not caring for child care for low income people.  It has to do with the best method ensuring those needing the assistance actually receive it, while dealing with fraud related to it.

States are perceiving this as free money and are overlooking responsibility to control those expenditures.

I expect that a lot more of these fraud rings will now be uncovered anywhere there are concentrated groups not only of Somalis but also of Chinese, Arab, Sudanese, Palestinian, Haitian, Latino etc. "refugees" and "immigrants."

The real question is...what will be done about it all?

It actually started with Clinton in the 1990s, with the first waves of Somalis and Arabs arriving in America after Desert Storm and "Black Hawk Down."  That's how the 9/11 Saudi hijackers got in and roamed about freely, getting their flight training in the process, all funded by the Saudi Royals and Qataris.

And remember all those scenes of Palestinians celebrating and cheering in the streets of Newark on 9/11?

I have always suspected, too, that Bush made a secret deal with the Saudis to quietly allow even more Muslim immigration to the US in exchange for the use of Saudi bases and intelligence (and other resources) during GWOT.

I remember distinctly the sudden appearance and prolifieration of new Islamic centers and mosques throughout the country, most notably in the "seed communities" of Murfreesboro, TN, Dearborn, Michigan, and Newark, New Jersey, with the feds attempting to crush local opposition with threats of lawsuits. This happened in the 2000s.

The "Nick Shirley Effect" has begun, with Muckraker founder Anthony Rubin on the ground in Columbus, Ohio, home to the second-largest Somali community in the U.S., investigating daycare centers. This development comes less than a day after Ohio attorney Mehek Cooke said federal investigators are examining allegations that elements within Ohio's Somali community defrauded millions of dollars from the state's Medicaid system.

"The first Somali-affiliated daycare facility that we knocked on after landing in Columbus, Ohio, today did not answer," Rubin wrote on X, alongside a video showing the daycare center, Great Minds Learning Academy.

Rubin continued, "A neighbor across the street told us, 'I've never seen anybody come out of the building or go into the building.'"

Somalia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdisalam Ali, who owns a healthcare company in Ohio receiving tax dollars, also owns another LLC with the same address as the Somali money transfer organization accused of funding terrorism. His business partner appears to work for the money transfer organization.

That’s a nice pipeline for US tax dollars directly to Somalia.
