ep Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., appeared on "CNN News Central" on Friday, where he was asked by CNN's Kate Bolduan if he stood by his prior assertion that last month's D.C. National Guard shooting was an 'unfortunate accident.'

Sometimes speaking what you really feel can have devastating consequences. Can you imagine the democrat "outrage," the wailing, the gnashing of teeth had a republican said the same thing?
