Fourteen-year-old Kylie Toberman was found dead behind the RV where she lived, and police say her alleged killer was a man in a position of trust who also had a disturbing criminal history involving minors. Investigators believe Kylie was strangled with jumper cables and sexually assaulted before her body was discovered in a tote just hours after she was reported missing.
