One article I read said "they argued" (like this was somewhat her fault).... Is it an argument when someone walks up behind you and surprisingly pours gas on your head and you complain?

He knew what he was doing, but bought the gas about 20 minutes before he did this, and he had lit things on fire before. This was premeditated attempted murder from a felon who was enabled by a justice system that wore rose-colored glasses.

This young lady might die, and liberal judges/politicians/voters are to blame. They want you dead.
