The one-minute video, posted by Sen. Elissa Slotkin, D-Mich., and viewed more than 1.6 million times, features six lawmakers invoking their prior service while telling members of the military and intelligence community that "the threats to our Constitution are coming from right here at home."

Slotkin and her colleagues have spent recent weeks introducing legislation to limit President Trump’s ability to deploy National Guard members domestically or launch military action against narcoterrorists without congressional approval.

None of that context appears in the video, titled "Don’t Give Up the Ship," which instead frames the appeal as a warning to military members to "stand up for our laws" and "refuse unlawful orders."

Rather than hundreds of unruly Trump supporters strolling through the Capitol building, many of whom were subsequently incarcerated for doing so, we have just witnessed six sitting Democratic lawmakers openly urge members of the military and intelligence community to defy direct orders from the president of the United States.

Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) posted a video to social media Tuesday morning in which she and five of her fellow traitors congressional Democratic colleagues called for the military and the intelligence community to “stand up” to President Donald Trump and his administration. In other words, to defy his orders if desired. To defy the orders of the commander-in-chief.

The video features Slotkin, the infamous and always grating Sen. Mark Kelly (AZ) -- and Reps. Jason Crow (CO), Chrissy Houlahan (PA), Chris Deluzio (PA), and Maggie Goodlander (NH).

In the video, Kelly and Crow stated, “This administration is pitting our uniformed military and intelligence community professionals against American citizens.”

It could be interpreted that he is just stating fact.....   You can be executed for Sedition.  Until he calls them out by name or a group, that's all that this is.

Yes, certain retired military members are subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), specifically those who are entitled to retirement pay, those receiving hospitalization from an armed force, and members of the Fleet Reserve or Fleet Marine Corps Reserve. This means they can be court-martialed for offenses under military law even after retirement.

This is a game changer since Sedition laws are different for military vs. civilians.

Let me tell you a personal story...

I personally experienced a situation where I was given an illegal order from Lt Gen John Bradley. I refused to implement that order and contacted my congressman who did absolutely nothing. I was originally asked to publish an active duty order on Col .@LindseyGrahamSC  who at the time was assigned to the Participating Inactive Ready Reserve or PIRR. It's a special category for Reservists who are elected to federal office.

These PIRR members are not, by federal law, allowed to be placed on active duty orders. I responded to Lt Gen Bradley with this information including the chapter and verse of the law, DOD instructions and Air Force instructions stating these facts. I called his executive officer, who happened to be one of my best friends with a detailed explanation.

Lt Gen Bradley notified Graham with the information. He demanded that he be placed on orders because he wanted to travel, as an Air Force JAG officer, to an active war time AOR (area of responsibility) in uniform. That is also illegal on the annual tour orders they wanted published. I, again, provided the necessary references explaining that wasn't allowed either. Follow up emails stated that Graham just wanted the orders to wear his uniform and wasn't going to file for pay so it really wasn't a problem. This came from Graham and his staffers.

I pointed out that the problem wasn't whether or not he ever filed for pay, the problem was he was ENTITLED to pay and that was how the prohibition was written. You can not be ENTITLED to pay and hold federal office where the federal government is already paying you. It strictly prohibits you from being ENTITLED to two sources of federal pay.

Eventually this back and force resulted in my telling Lt Gen Bradley that if anything happened to Graham while he was illegally in the AOR on orders with my signature on them not a single person, including him, would defend me and that I had keep a memorandum for record with emails documenting the entire chain of events. His choice was to relieve me of command or tell Graham no. He chose a 3rd option and had another colonel, who had no authority to issue orders on PIRR members, that was my authority alone, publish those orders knowing it was illegal to do so.

After this occurred, Lt Gen Bradley ordered a 'climate assessment' of my command and used a 2Lt's response who wasn't even directly assigned to my command staff, write a negative assessment. One negative assessment. I'd never even met or dealt with this 2Lt. My response to this was ignored. At the time I was in the middle of a medical review board for an injury I had as a result of being experimented on with the Anthrax 'vaccine'. It was the worse experience of my 30 yrs in the military. I was eventually medically retired and not a single congressional member gave a shit about any the illegal order. Not my senators or district congressman.

Oh, and yes Lt Gen Bradley was one of the general officers who signed the letter saying President Trump wasn't fit to be the commander in chief, of course. Lt Gen Bradley was under investigation when he retired for other actions he orchestrated that were investigated by the DOD and AF Inspector General.

From Graham's wiki page: "In 2007, Graham served in Iraq as a reservist on active duty for a short period in April and for two weeks in August, where he worked on detainee and rule-of-law issues. He also served in Afghanistan during the August 2009 Senate recess. He was then assigned as a senior instructor at the Judge Advocate General's School, though he never went."

Lessons learned:

Congress will use the military members as pawns for their own benefit and will never defend actual wrong doing that doesn't benefit them.

BOTTOMLINE:

Any military member who believes that they are given illegal orders has a chain of command and an inspector general to address the issue. When that fails, and it often does, they are authorized, by federal law, to become a whistleblower. Congress will only act if it politically advances their political interests. The military members' interests or career is NEVER considered. 

It should also be noted that not a single person in this video helped a single military member when President Biden mandated, illegally, healthy military members be injected with a poisonous experimental cancer treatment that killed animals when they were injected. Not a single one of them made a video of the horrific treatment of anyone that refused these illegal mandates.

The thought of intelligence agents and military members advocating for a politically motivated seditious act is illustrative of the vile nature of these people in an orchestrated attack on our military and the executive branch of government. They will literally use military members as pawns in their quest to overthrow our democratically elected government.

Lastly, ask yourself these questions: Who orchestrated this video? Who contacted these seditious actors? Who compiled the footage? Who conspired/planned an act of sedition? This wasn't one congressional member with a bright idea, this was planned and orchestrated to use active duty military members to further an attack on a duly elected president by opposition forces.

Let that sink in. While they like to point to other countries as tyrannical, socialist, etc they are using the CIA tactics of regime change and destabilization in the United States of America.
