Double murderer's chilling last words before execution by firing squad
Story by Tom Towers & Jane Lavender • 8h

A deranged double murderer who beat his ex-girlfriend's parents to death with a baseball bat made a chilling final statement before his execution on death row.

Brad Keith Sigmon, 67, was executed by firing squad in South Carolina after the brutal slayings of David and Gladys Larke in their Greenville County home. The killer had forced his way into the couple's house after their daughter Rebecca Barbare ended their three-year relationship.

The pair had been living together in a trailer park close to David and Gladys' home when Rebecca decided to leave him. The execution came after a separate incident which saw a mom make a chilling four-word admission after starving her son and locking him in a specific room in the house.

Following a night of heavy drinking and smoking crack cocaine, Sigmon told an acquaintance he planned to "get Becky for leaving him" and would "tie her parents up", court records revealed, reports the Mirror.
