He's had several falls in the past couple of years; perhaps early retirement is warranted.

Pelosi, Schumer, McConnell, and dozens of other senile ancient idiots are all walking billboards for term limits.
Not necessarily age limits, because everyone ages differently, but you cannot serve for more than a certain number of years.

Falling becomes a bad habit for geezers.  The number and frequency of the falls progressively get worse.  He really needs to resign so he can spend the rest of his days convalescing and being surrounded by friends and family.
