Two protesters were detained outside a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in suburban Chicago on Friday, October 10, as a federal judge ordered the removal of fencing recently erected outside the site. Footage from Brendan Gutenschwager shows police officers handcuffing two men while warning demonstrators in Broadview, Illinois, that they were outside designated protest hours. The newly built fence can be seen surrounding the facility. The decision to remove the fence came a day after another federal judge blocked President Donald Trump’s plan to deploy National Guard troops to Chicago, citing concerns that the military could escalate tensions. What standing does a Federal Judge have to order the removal of security fencing around a Federal facility?  What Federal law was the fence violating?

Can a Federal Judge order the fencing around Area 51 to be removed because it blocks the view of foreign agents?

These Lower Court Judges need to be b!tchedslapped back to reality.  What law did the fence violate?

It would be shame if a herd of rabid feral bulls were rampaging through the city during one of these 'peaceful protests'.  Ironic if the bulls were wearing flags of Latin American countries.

You've completely missed the mark.

The correct repsonse to an order like this is:
IGNORE. IGNORE. IGNORE.

As I've posted repeatedly in the forum for months now, only Mr. Trump can properly "define" the powers of the federal district courts vis-a-vis the executive.

Hence, the necessity of a [Monroe-style] "Trump Doctrine" addressing this matter, and setting a proper balance for all presidents who will follow him.

The Department of Homeland Security alleges Cepeda brought the loaded firearm with him to a demonstration outside an ICE facility in Broadview, Ill., the site of several violent protests.

“Elias Cepeda has suspected ties to the domestic terrorist organization ANTIFA and has a history of glorifying violence against—and the killing of—our brave law enforcement,” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin in a statement.

Despite the Democrat-led city being ravaged by a murder epidemic, mostly caused by out-of-control gang violence, left-wingers have decided that the real problem is ICE deporting violent illegal aliens. Using tracking apps and other means, they show up at facilities and during raids to try to impede federal immigration officials. One of those people was Debbie Brockman, who is a video editor and producer for the creative services department of Chicago television station WGN.

Video shows her pinned on the ground by ICE agents as she's detained and placed in the back of a vehicle. During the scene, she started proclaiming she's a journalist.

(The Center Square) – The village of Broadview, Illinois is reducing the area where protesters can stage near the Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility.

Fifteen arrests were made Saturday, according to a statement from Broadview Mayor Katrina Thompson.

“[T]oo many protesters are raising their fists rather than their voices, creating chaos at the expense of the people who call Broadview home,” Thompson said. “Broadview residents lack the protestors’ privilege to return to calm, quiet neighborhoods for undisturbed rest.”
 
Thompson said she signed a new executive order that permits protests only at the safety zone located at the ICE facility on Beech Street in the community of about 8,000 people.

Federal agents deploy tear gas to disperse unruly crowd in Chicago

Two illegal migrants were taken into custody on Tuesday after crashing their vehicle into a Border Patrol vehicle in Chicago during an immigration enforcement operation, leading to a clash with protesters, according to the Department of Homeland Security.

Luis Gerardo Pirela-Ramirez and Yonder Enrique Tenefe-Perez, both from Venezuela, were detained Tuesday morning for allegedly ramming a Border Patrol vehicle and attempting to flee the scene, according to a senior DHS source.
 
The incident happened near South Avenue N, according to officials.

"This morning while conducting an immigration enforcement operation in Chicago a vehicle, driven by an illegal alien, rammed a Border Patrol vehicle and attempted to flee the scene," a DHS spokesperson said. "Border Patrol pursued the vehicle and was eventually able to stop it utilizing an authorized precision immobilization technique (PIT) maneuver. Once the vehicle was stopped, the suspects, who are both illegal aliens, attempted to flee on foot. As Border Patrol arrested the subjects and attempted to secure the scene a crowd began to form and eventually turned hostile and eventually crowd control measures were used."

Violent Illegals Ram ICE Vehicles in Separate Attacks in Chicago Area
 
Illegal aliens have been arrested for separate vehicular assaults on federal officials in the Chicago area on the same day.

Two dangerous incidents unfolded just miles and hours apart in the sanctuary state of Illinois on Wednesday, the Department of Homeland Security announced.

The first attack took place in the village of Norridge.
