Ice Cube Reacts to Bus Being Firebombed
Story by Megan Cartwright • 4h

Ice Cube has spoken out on social media following a fire that damaged his crew’s bus last week in Portland, Oregon, during a stop on his Truth to Power tour.

Initial reports allege that the attack was instigated by protesters who mistakenly identified the vehicle—due to its prominent “ICE” letters—as belonging to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. According to The Times of India newspaper, a group believed to be associated with Antifa threw incendiary devices at the bus, causing significant exterior damage but not causing any injuries.

Newsweek reached out to a Portland Fire and Rescue spokesperson and Ice Cube’s representative via email for comment on Monday.

Happened last week?  Gee, this is the first I've heard of it.  I wonder how the media "missed" this story? :tongue2:

Still wondering why anyone would go to Portland.
In a time of universal deceit - telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

The comment was about what I expected of him.  Hey, these are his peeps...he's not going to piss them off.

We visited in 2015 to see an old friend. The natural beauty of the area is stunning. There are parts of Oregon I'd love to see or revisit, but I wouldn't go back under the current regime. Portland is a disaster, and our friend has moved to Eugene since then, anyway.
I would remind you that extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice. And let me remind you also that moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue.
