Why was she never prosecuted for marrying her brother?

Isn't that a clear immigration violation right there?

I wouldn't be surprised that if the order was given to "go get the goods" on her, that those goods wouldn't be too difficult to turn up. And the resulting case against her would be tight.
So... I must presume that the order has yet to be given.

Only way she would resign is if the DOJ explains they have the goods on her and she goes down due to

1. Falsifying immigration documents by marrying her brother.
2. Bribery connected to her sudden wealth gain.
3. Connections with Somalian terrorists or major fraud now common in Minnesota.
