Elon Musk reconsiders third party, Vance reportedly bringing him back to MAGA

The stakes of third-party politics reportedly found the world’s richest man reconsidering with a close eye on a specific potential successor to President Donald Trump.
While corporate media salivates over division, supporters of both Elon Musk and the president were hardly thrilled at spats between the figures after successfully securing control of the federal government from the Democrats and commencing with exposing waste, fraud, and abuse.
For those getting Ross and Rachel vibes over the split, the potential for another reconciliation appeared in reach as a report from the Wall Street Journal indicates the billionaire is averse to taking actions that “would damage his relationship with the vice president.”
Not exactly staying together for the kids, the newspaper detailed, “The billionaire Elon Musk is quietly pumping the brakes on his plans to start a political party, according to people with knowledge of his plans.”
“As he has considered launching a party, the Tesla chief executive officer has been focused in part on maintaining ties with Vice President JD Vance, who is widely seen as a potential heir to the MAGA political movement,” the report indicated. “Musk has stayed in touch with Vance in recent weeks, and he has acknowledged to associates that if he goes ahead with forming a political party, he would damage his relationship with the vice president, the people said.”
With eyes already on the 2026 midterms, even as redistricting efforts have the potential of expanding the GOP advantage, the possibility of a third-party disruption has fueled concerns that the left could neuter the final quarter of Trump’s White House tenure. So, the report was welcomed with excitement as reactions expressed, “YES! Elon coming back into MAGA would be absolutely amazing.”
