HUGE win for President Trump. With *no* noted dissents, the Supreme Court allows the President to fire FTC member who refused to resign. Yet another example of lower courts not following what the Supreme Court has said in interim orders. The President may run the executive!

Lisa Cook told a federal appeals court on Saturday that she’s had no chance to defend herself against the credible allegations she committed mortgage fraud. The irony writes itself—she could submit exonerating evidence to this court whenever she wants. She never has. One doesn't have to assume why...there is no evidence that clears her of her crimes.
