BREAKING: Venezuelan Illegal Arrested for Killing Wheelchair-Bound Victim in Hit-and-Run Collision in Colorado

An illegal alien from Venezuela has been arrested for fatally running over a woman in a wheelchair and fleeing the scene in Colorado, authorities say.

The horrifying incident unfolded at around 10 p.m. on Aug. 3 in Aurora, a Denver suburb flooded with Venezuelan criminals in recent years.

Investigators believe a 47-year-old female in a wheelchair was crossing the northbound onramp for Interstate 225 when she was struck by a vehicle and killed.

On Thursday, 27-year-old Johandry De Los Santos Ruiz turned himself into the Aurora Police Department (APD).

Ruiz was charged with one count of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death, but more charges are expected.
