Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” former National Security Advisor John Bolton accused President Donald Trump of running a “retribution presidency” in his second term.

Host Jonathan Karl said, “Before you go, we’re about to talk about Trump’s retribution campaign we’re seeing at the FBI and the Justice Department. You’re obviously on his enemies list. At least Kash Patel’s enemies list. Are you worried that they’re going to come after you in some way? I mean, he’s hinted at it before.”
Bilton said, “Well, I think he’s already come after me and several others in withdrawing the protection that we had for the —”

Karl said, “The Iranian threat.”

Bolton said, “For the Iranians for the attack on Qasem Suleimani. So I think, and I said in the new forward to the paperback edition of my book, I think it is a retribution presidency.

Karl said, “Yeah.”

Hmmmm...
Considering what was dealt out during obama's first, second, and erstwhile third term (with biden as the puppet), a little bit o' "retribution" sounds just fine to me.

This is a reckoning, John ---- about more than mere personal grievances; this is a settlement with systems of power, injustice and historic wrongs.

Does Bolton have any credibility remaining?

His hatred for Trump is noted.  His reputation I would say is in the honey pit at the back reaches of the farm.

Time for Mr. Bolton to do what Biden should have done five years ago.   RETIRE and DISAPPEAR from public life.

After 8 years of rabid anti-Trump lawfare and abuse of power by those violating their oaths as our employees who used a complicit media to spread slanderous lies, ya think?

Actually, he is just calling for an accounting of, and hopefully, prosecution of lawbreakers in high places and abusers of their positions of power.

It would be nice to see thousands of people indicted for their criminal activity in Washington, but we all know better.

Everything going on is nothing more than Kabucki Theater. 

During the Benghazi investigation, all I heard was how a great a prosecutor Rep Trey Gowdy had been in prior years.  I was certain we would see Clinton convicted of something.  But a big fat nothing.  Since then, I have come to the conclusion that the whole of Washington is corrupt.  And nothing ever happens there.  NOTHING!!!!!
