Could Congress, please, get off their asses and pass a very simple, short bill forbidding any Federal money to be expended on social benefits for persons in the United States illegally and cutting Federal funds under all block-grant programs that provide Federal money to the states for any purpose to any state that provides social benefits to persons in the United States illegally? The sole exception should be emergency medical treatment at facilities which have a duty to treat.
It would also be nice if Congress would impeach and remove from office judges who give orders that purport to compel expenditure of funds in violation of the plain meaning of the text of the bill appropriating them, but that's probably to much to ask.
