America's sons and daughters who serve in our military deserve the best leaders.

I just filmed a video with the Secretary of Defense, the Honorable Pete Hegseth.
 
His genius has not yet been identified by most. But it is clear to anyone watching that his intelligence, courage, and most of all leadership, provides the change so desperately needed across the Force.
 
The Secretary understands that archaic systems prevent adaptation, innovation, and most of all, performance.
 
Without forcing adaptation to a changing environment, systems, like individuals or organizations, develop rigid patterns, regulations, and processes, binding them to the past while stifling innovation. This leads to decreased effectiveness, slower decision-making, and ultimately, declining performance.
