The list of around 150 people also include names of Epstein's associates in a lawsuit brought against his former girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell in 2015 and the fist list was published on Wednesday under the order of a New York judge.

The second list of court documents linked to Epstein was released on Thursday evening that included names of people already made public, while the third list was released on Friday.

Some individuals have objected to the disclosure of their identities in the case.

Just because there is a name in Epstein's rolodex, just because Epstein knows someone's name, is a lot different than proving something incriminating. If Epstein really was blackmailing people, then there must be a lot more evidence than a name on a list.

I doubt he was an agent - Maybe an asset. Governments tend to keep a couple degrees  of separation between themselves and the dirt they do. If they can't get a warrant, they will usually farm out the work to someone who does not share that restriction. In that, the information would never stand up to a court's scrutiny, but information has its own worth aside from the bust.

Jeffrey Epstein’s brother said he “laughed at how stupid it was” for the feds to suddenly rule out the possibility his pedophile brother’s jail death was anything but a suicide.

“Every time they say something or do something to try to quash the fact that he was most likely murdered, they just put their foot further down their mouths,” Mark Epstein told NewsNation host Chris Cuomo on Tuesday night.

He highlighted how FBI Director Kash Patel “listed his credentials as a prosecutor” when he “said, ‘You know a suicide when you see it.’”

“You know, that’s basically what he said,” Epstein said dismissively.

Mark Epstein noted Patel is not a forensic pathologist and has no medical degree, and questioned whether he even had “a Boy Scout merit badge for first aid” to confirm that his brother killed himself in his Manhattan lockup in 2019.

He noted two medical examiners involved in autopsies for his brother — Dr. Kristin Roman and Dr. Michael Baden — who were unable to give firm rulings. The brother suggested it pointed more to homicide than suicide.

Peter Schweizer: Feds Have Had Epstein Client List Since 2019

Whatever the truth may be about Jeffrey Epstein’s suicide or “client list,” he was engaged in the business of human trafficking and that leaves a paper trail.  As Peter Schweizer noted on the most recent episode of The Drill Down podcast, investment bank JP Morgan Chase turned over the Epstein records it had, worth over 1 billion dollars, to the federal government in 2019. Why haven’t those records been released?

“We have more than $1 billion were used for purposes of human trafficking,” JP Morgan wrote to the Justice Department after Epstein’s death, Schweizer says. As Eric Eggers notes, we “follow the money.” So, why has no one else been investigated in light of JP Morgan’s disclosures?

On a very special episode of The Drill Down, featuring interviews they conducted while guest hosting the Sean Hannity radio show, Schweizer and Eggers interviewed Epstein’s former attorney David Schoen, who said he was not surprised there was no client list or evidence Epstein tried to blackmail famous people. He continues to doubt that Epstein killed himself, however, based on the findings of Dr. Michael Baden, whom he called the best forensic pathologist in the world. He also said Epstein asked him to do work that would only have had an impact much later, suggesting he had no intention to kill himself.

“If he had information about those people, logically he would have used that in his defense,” Schoen says.

“Baden says, in all of the thousands and thousands of cases he’s done, he’s never seen injuries like this consistent with suicide. Period,” Schoen replies.

“The fact there’s no client list doesn’t mean these people might not have a problem,” Schweizer says. “Do you believe there’s a legal culpability?”

“I don’t think he would have blackmailed them,” Schoen answers. “He enjoyed their company. Your listeners should be aware that a woman who sent women to Epstein gave a sworn statement to the FBI that Epstein had one rule — ‘No one under 18, ever.’ She told these [women] ‘you better have a fake ID or be over 18.’”

Schoen told Schweizer and Eggers that he thinks the profile for someone who would have killed Epstein would have been someone who wanted to be a hero, a charge he has made previously.

Reacting to Attorney General Pam Bondi’s statement to go to the media, Schoen believes she was previously referring to the entire Epstein file on her desk, not to a definite client list.

Schweizer says, “The problem I have with this case is that you have this massive amount of human trafficking, You have [Ghislaine] Maxwell going to jail, but no other prosecutions of anybody else.”

“That’s a fair and important point,” Schoen replied. “Many of those wealthy people engaged in these activities but there may not be any proof of it… Regarding Donald Trump, I can tell you unequivocally that Jeffrey Epstein had no info whatsoever about any nefarious activity involving President Trump.”

Former primetime Fox News host Bill O’Reilly has claimed in a recent interview with Chris Cuomo that President Trump explained his rationale to him for why the Epstein Files must not be released.

In the interview with News Nation, Cuomo asked O’Reilly what his view was on the Trump administration’s “botched” Epstein file rollout.

O’Reilly responded, “I talked to President Trump, man-to-man, eye-to-eye, on St. Patrick’s Day about this. And he said, ‘There are a lot of names associated with Epstein that had nothing to do with Epstein’s conduct.”

O’Reilly added, “They maybe had lunch with them or maybe had some correspondence for one thing or another.”

“Those people are destroyed, because there’s not going to be any context. The media doesn’t care about context, so you can’t do that. You can’t destroy a human being by putting out the files, whatever they may be,” concluded O’Reilly.

Please tell me you are kidding.  Since when do the Dems need a real, fact based reason to do any of the things they do?  They could impeach Trump because one day it was noted he got out of bed on the wrong side.  They do not need a reason, they merely need one vote more than those opposing the idea.

I don't think it's possible to personally threaten Trump at this stage.  He's been under non-stop investigation for a decade, by the authority and full force of the federal government and many of our global allies.  So, if there is a threat, it's likely to something Trump cherishes most, that isn't personal.  Something would have to be at risk of imploding under the weight of discovery and trial ---  destroying more than the effort would save.

The credibility is gone already.  Trump and Bondi sitting there being asked about Epstein and they are responding like it is a story that was closed out ten years ago tells you everything.  And Trump will remain silent.  Why?  Because at this point, he does not care.  The only folks that will get burned by this incident now will be the Republicans running in Nov, 2026, and the Dems will use this as one reason to remove them, and to remove Trump.

His first term aw-sh*t was his reversal of a campaign promise to end the H1-b Visa Program.  1.6 million USA citizens displaced from the workforce.  Add spouses, children, neighbors, friends, other family, and we are talking multiple millions, and races when hundreds of votes flipping means an opponent wins.
