What you want is called the GBU 57 A/B MOP (Massive ordnance Penetrator), which is designed to punch through concrete and earth before detonating.

Iran’s Supreme Leader has instructed Hezbollah’s chief, Naim Qassem, to join the fighting against Israel, according to Western sources cited by Israel’s Channel 12. The report says Qassem declined due to concerns that full involvement could lead to the destruction of Hezbollah by the IDF.
