DOJ Launching Bombshell Investigation Into Biden Pardons: Was He ‘Competent’ Enough to Have Issued Them?

Ed Martin, a pardon attorney and head of the Department of Justice’s weaponization task force, is launching an official investigation into former President Joe Biden's pardons issued in the waning days of his failed presidency.

This, according to an email sent to staff on Monday.

Martin will delve into the question of whether or not Biden "was competent and whether others were taking advantage of him through use of AutoPen or other means," according to the message obtained by Reuters.

The focus of the bombshell investigation will be on the sweeping pardons granted to members of the Biden family. It will also encompass the 37 individuals who had death row sentences converted to life in prison.

Joe Biden, roughly 48 hours before Donald Trump was sworn in as President for the second time, issued preemptive pardons on a "full and unconditional" basis for his family members - James B. Biden, Sara Jones Biden, Valerie Biden Owens, John T. Owens, and Francis W. Biden - backdated to 2014.

He did the same for Hunter Biden a month earlier.

The then-outgoing President also commuted the sentences of 37 of the 40 prisoners on federal death row. The sweeping series of pardons and commutations was concerning, having been issued by a man who six months earlier had been exposed as seriously cognitively impaired on the debate stage.

Question #1: Did he personally sign each and every pardon?  Or were those signatures forged, thereby, making the pardons fraudulent?

Biden was clearly incompetent for the last few weeks, when most of the pardons were done.

That includes the pardons to his family, the death-row felons, Fauci, Gen. Milley, Liz Cheney, and the whole cabal of sleazy crooks.

Would love to see all of those undone!!

IIRC the only reason DOJ did not charge Biden in the documents case was that Hur found him to incompetent to stand trial. Given that, how could he be competent enough to grant wholesale pardons?

my understanding is that the only document he actually signed was the one where he stepped down as the democrat candidate, all others were auto pen. So the question was did he authorize the use of the autopen and know what each document was or was he completely unaware and out of the loop? I bet he didn’t even know that he was giving out pardons until after the fact, if he was told at all.

DOJ: ‘SENIOR DEMOCRAT’ Spilling the Beans on Biden’s Autopen Pardons (Pay for Play)

There is big news coming out of the DOJ today with confirmation that an official investigation in to the Autopen scandal has been started.

But there’s something more than went slightly under the radar for the past week related to this story. (And I can’t believe I’m just now seeing it!)

Not only has US Pardon Attorney Ed Martin confirmed that he has been ordered to investigate the sketchy pardons, but he also has a “senior, senior Democrat” allegedly spilling the beans on the whole thing.

And something that has only been presumed up to this point came up during his discussions with this high-ranking Democrat whistleblower who Martin says is “at the highest level” — those controlling Biden’s Autopen were purportedly making money off their usurped power!

The information about Ed Martin’s whistleblower actually came out nearly two weeks ago, but somehow what SHOULD have been the main story for days was somewhat buried!

We have known for sometime that Martin was on the trail of corruption regarding the Autopen and their use on Biden’s pardons.

He made these comments just after his DOJ appointment, leaving the question open that the “autopen pardons” could be corrupt:
